Charity By Numbers

Juxtapoz // Monday, February 12, 2007
Our photos from Charity by Numbers, a huge philanthropic effort co-curated by gallerists Jan Corey and Bruce Helford and artist Gary Baseman. The opening reception was Saturday, February 10th at Corey Helford Gallery in Los Angeles. More than 65 established and emerging art stars transformed vintage, hand-painted paint-by-numbers into modern masterpieces. The results are being auctioned via eBay until February 17th to raise money for the kids. 100% of the proceeds go to The Alliance For Children's Rights. Photos of every painting, before and after, as well as a link to the auction, are on the gallery's website: www.coreyhelfordgallery.com.
