February 2011 cover artist, Escif, just created this new piece somewhere in Spain, which he calls "Presentation-Representation." As you can see, Escif recreated the house for which his piece sits upon in his now trademark street mural style. Bigger and more views after the jump . . .

Our May 2011 issue is about to hit newsstands, and we are pleased to announce that Los Angeles-based fine artist, Eric Yahnker, is the cover of both our newsstand and subscriber covers. After a successful solo exhibition, Cracks of Dawn, earlier this year with Ambach & Rice at Kunsthalle in LA, we sat down with the artist and talked about lifting weights and process. February 2011 cover artist, Escif, just painted this new wall in Valencia, Spain, with fellow Spanish artist, SAN. They call it, "Preparing a Duall Army." We also just got word that both artists will be showing this summer in San Francisco, and will be touring California while painting multiple walls as the build-up to the show. October 2008 cover artist Connor Harrington posted a few images on his blog during his visit to Tel Aviv and Bethlehem, Israel in May 2010, all alluding to something coming soon. Well that something is out today. Crossing Lines is a video created by Andrew Telling with some help from Chloe Hayward, Dave House and of course Connor Harrington. Watch after the jump . . .

One of our all-time great covers is the Futura image from July/August 2005. To this day, people cite this one as a game-changer. The great website, 12ozProphet, has just released a collaborative t-shirt collection with the legendary Futura, and along with Also Known As, produced a video interview with the NYC-based artist to coincide with the release.
