Harrington Day! Former Juxtapoz cover artist, Conor Harrington, has been producing some fantastic public and gallery works all of 2012, and today, The Outsiders released a new print/etching with the London-based artist; The Killer Inside. Signed in an edition of 35, the etching is a photopolymer Gravure created from an original graphite and charcoal drawing at The Outsiders' dedicated Execution Dock studio in London.

It is that time of the year... the 2012 edition of FAME Festival in Grottaglie, Italy has officially began to see some works appear on the streets, with Irish-born, London-based Conor Harrington kicking off with some outstanding street pieces. Harrington has been to FAME in prior years, but is it us, or is he just getting better, and better, and better? The October 2008 cover artist looks to have painted about 5 walls in town...

London correspondent Butterfly made it out to the highly-anticipated (and we got excited right after our studio visit with Mr. Harrington last month) solo exhibition of Conor Harrington, Dead Meat, that opened at Lazarides Gallery last night. The Irish-born, London-based artist presented 8 large-scale canvases and 24 small studies that reference a "18th-century dinner party, the height of Europe's power and draws comparisons with Contemporary society."

London-based, Irish born Conor Harrington (cover of October 2008, n93) just released this new film today, Black Herds Of The Rain, the second film he has completed with Andrew Telling. The film follows Harrington on a trip back to Ireland in the summer of 2011, where Harrington, in his own words, painted "a series of cowboys as a metaphor for the politicians and bankers in Ireland that rode the country to near ruin."
