We are enjoying the work of French Illustrator and comic book designer Pierre Ferrero. Pierre is a co-founder of Arbitraire Edtions, a comic focused art collective and magazine in Lyon.

We saw this comic/cartoon this moring on The Joy Of Tech, and to be honest, it isn't so much amazing art wise as it is clever and quite funny. Did you know that Google sees you as a naked harvest, and Facebook just sort of sells you to anything? Actually, you probably did know that. 

Kyle Platts is a freelance illustrator and comic book artist with a deeply set sense of humor, wit and satire. His work borders on the grotesque in the most innocent, animated way possible, occasionally poking fun at current events, politics and day-to-day life. He is currently living in South-East London.

Among all of the random filing cabinets labeled anywhere from "reference pics of ewoks" to my "Amazon wish list" that are cluttered inside of my brain, there's a specific cabinet labeled "Artists Who I Will Always Look Up To For The Rest of My Life No Matter What". Inside that cabinet is a small list of names, and Gris Grimly is at the top.

Here's a short but (bitter)sweet comic called 'The Boat' by Sam Alden. Alden is 23 and lives in Portland, Oregon. He helms Gingerland Comics and is currently working on an epic-length graphic novel about middle school.
