Cleveland-based sand sculptor and woodworker Carl Jara frequents sand sculpture competitions around the nation and often winning awards and sometimes first place. He has shot a time-lapse of his most recent sculpture, Infiniti, which one first place at the Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting Competition. Sounds fun!

Somewhere in Cleveland, Ohio underneath an overpass the graffiti writer, Rankos, aka Read More Books, had a field day painting numerous different styled pieces. That would be 10 to be exact. Too bad some base head found a red can laying around and made a pathetic attempt at dissing some of them.

Duke Riley, who was recently the subject of our Juxtapoz Presents video series, has a new exhibition, Two Riparian Tales of Undoing, opening at Magnan Metz in NYC on Friday (Feb 25). Two Riparian Tales of Undoing chronicles the artist’s inquiries over the past year, which as we know, means roaming the sewers of Cleveland amongst other things. More after the jump...
