Joshua Liner Gallery has moved spots in NYC to a street-level, 2,600-square-foot exhibition space located at 540 West 28th Street in the Chelsea Arts District. To kick off the opening of the new space, the gallery will open a group show, Direct Address, this Thursday March 21 with a great roster of former Juxtapoz cover artists and features, as well as some new talent that we look forward to checking out. Swoon, Steve "ESPO" Powers, David Ellis, Evan Hecox, and Jean-Pierre Roy are just a few names in the show....

Our good friends in Mexico City made it out to the 2012 Mexico Contemporary Art Fair (MACO) last week, and from the looks of it, there was a ton of good booths and artists on display in Mexico City, including Takashi Murakami, Dr Lakra, George Condo, Pedro Friedeberg, Maya Hayuk, Clayton Brothers, and other heavyweights of the contemporary art world. Sea No Evil 2011 opened in Riverside, California at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium last night showcasing work from more than one hundred artists. Mainstays like Shepard Fairey, Gary Baseman, Lola, Travis Louie, Clayton Brothers, Jeff Soto and many more donated pieces specially produced for the show.

The Clayton Brothers, who have twice graced the cover of Juxtapoz Magazine, will be celebrating the opening of their first major museum exhibition, Inside Out, at the Pasadena of Calfornia Art this Saturday, May 14, 2011. The survey will include paintings and mixed-media installations.
