This morning we take a look at the work of French cartoonist and illustrator Philippe Caza. Caza has an extensive portfolio of varied work going back to the 70's. His imaginative, surreal, and psychedelic drawings are heavily influenced by his comic book art and take us to various bizarre worlds.

Oliver Marin is cartoonist and illustrator from France. Most of his work depicts the dark haired vixen Margot, a repeating character in many of his books, comics and publications. His signature is heavily graphic, reminiscent of older comics such as Archie, with his solid palette and high contrast coloring.

Where's Waldo?, is a series of children's books created by British illustrator Martin Handford. The books consist of a series of detailed double-page spread illustrations depicting dozens or more people doing a variety of amusing things at a given location. Readers are challenged to find a character named Wally hidden in the group- as rendered in this painstakingly intricate tattoo.

Uno Moralez is a mystery. No, fuck that, Uno Morlalez is a magician. No, that's not right either. Uno Moralez must be an imposter! There is little public information about artist Uno Moralez. His outdated Livejournal is basically illegible, unless you can read Cyrillic or have a translating robot better than Google, his name apparently isn't even Uno Moralez, and (GASP!) he has no Facebook page.

The work of London-based illustrator Robert M. Ball is a blend of cubism, colors, and classic creativity. Our favorite works frm Ball are his illustrations with comic book characters and superheroes, done in a retro Cubist style.

I'm pretty sure the words "Johnny Ryan" mean "Fuck You" in Elvish or Klingon. That being said, a lot of people nowadays are scared to say "Johnny Ryan" to anyone, even half-assed quasi-celebrities that probably could use a good "Johnny Ryan",  because they're afraid of losing followers, or offending someone, or not being accused of "hatin on shit".

The Beatles are ubiquitous. John Lennon may no longer be with us, but his voice still echoes on radios, CDs, record players, and tape cassettes across the globe. It's no wonder that the fab four have made a whole book's worth of comic strip appearances, all of which are riddled with beautiful illustrations and imaginative adaptations of the pop music masters.

Well, it is Labor Day, so we are relaxing and having fun. We recently came across this collection of amazing tattoos inspired by children's movies -- what better way to pay tribute to those movies you spent worshiping during your formative years than get them permanently inked on your body?

Alfred Steiner invites his viewers to play a disturbing game of I-Spy in his Frankensteinian illustrations of famous cartoon characters. Mickey Mouse, Yosemite Sam, and Count Chocula are but of a few of the pop culture figures Steiner depicts using sexual organs, animals and everyday objects.
