We have even more newfound respect for Italian artist, Blu, after seeing numerous murals throughout Europe last month. One of the newer murals that he posted on his blog was for the Avant-Garde Urbano Festival in Tudela, Spain. The use of scale and details of the smaller heads give the piece a lot of movement.

What became very apparent to us in our time in Europe over the past two weeks is that Blu draws a crowd and a discussion. His newest piece in Greece, with a poignant look at the Euro Crisis and the impending Greek default is one of our all-time favorite pieces from the Italian muralist.

With just a few hours to run around the town before sleep called, we saw work by Escif, Blu, Vhils, Lucy McLauchlan, Nespoon, Os Gemeos, Sam 3, Swoon, and others.

As we continue our preparation for FAME Festival to see some of Blu's new walls, we noticed on his site that the Italian artist posted some new images of work he did in Valencia, Spain this summer. And Blu added a little extra touch to the wall's mouth.
