In this new video, the prolific Danish graffiti writer, Bates, shares the history and thought-process on his private hall of fame that he has been painting for the last ten years. Once the artist obtained an all access pass to this massive spray paint playground that operates as a sand factory, he began inviting artists from around the world to contribute and collaborate.

We saw this short film, SUHA, on Bates' blog, and the film follows a female graffiti artist in Montreal, Canada, and it becomes a self-narration of her life in various sub-cultures. Director Robby Reis is currently working on a full-length.

Graffiti giant, BATES, has a new solo show up at Hanna G in Malmo, Sweden. We go to BATES' blog on 120zProphet all the time because he is really good at keeping it updated. The show itself, with all new works, got a lot of good press from the Malmo press, as well. More after the jump . . .
