We haven’t seen many people paint like this ever and that’s why Askew is ahead of the class. This new wall was painted in Shoreditch, London while in town for his exhibition “Oceanic” at Rex Romae Gallery.

Askew recently painted this massive mural in Glagow, Scotland for Recoat’s In Common Mural Project. The painting was created at the City of Glasgow College.

While Askew was in Sydney for Art Month, the Auckland-based artist took part in the Boring Wall/The Hours x Look Print “Project Ugly” series, which is a billboard for artists to express and paint without boundaries or brief. Despite the weather, Askew painted a beautiful portrait in his trademark style and Paste Studios captured the action

The show entitled “The Evolving Face” will feature new work from the prolific New Zealand graffiti writer.
