Let us explain ourselves a bit here. We just brought out a 1986 Mac in our office the other day, sort as a fun reminder of time's past, also as an Oregon Trail time-wasting activity. So when we saw Chris McVeigh's original Apple Macintosh, the 29-year old version, created out of LEGOs, we felt a bit on the same page with Mr McVeigh.

Steven Paul "Steve" Jobs was an American entrepreneur. He is best known as the co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Apple Inc. Through Apple, he was widely recognized as a charismatic pioneer of the personal computer revolution and for his influential career in the computer and consumer electronics fields. This tattoo is obviously a memorial of the man and his achievements- artist unknown but credit gladly given.

Back in 1985, Apple patented this phone design, which is pretty hard to believe considering their incomparably sleek and functional product line today. The shape of an apple just seems inconvenient, especially that stem, but then again this was also the year that Apple finally discontinued the Lisa aka the Macintosh XL...

It baffles me when traveling in other countries and we see iconic logos spray painted illegally. In Asia, one will most likely encounter Nike swoosh’s, they are easily written and known by most. The Apple logo is a close runner up and we are sure they will gladly accept your free promotions.
