Based in Antwerp, Belgium, illustrator Jeroen Veldkamp (aka El Neoray)'s work is subtly strange and humorous, with soft line work and muted colors that lend a sense of immediacy and informality similar to outsider art. The apparent simplicity of Veldkamp's drawings is visually refreshing, making his quietly subversive work stand out amongst the habitual clutter of the art world.
