Andrea Hasler, whose meat purses and sculptures have been featured on the site before, recently installed two site specfic sculptures in the Swiss Alps as part of her 6-week artist residency at 3-D foundation in switzerland. "The porjects allude to the ostentatious, luxury tourism prevalent in the area during the winter months and adopts the exclusivity of swiss resorts as a creative catalyst."

London-based artist Andrea Hasler reworks blobs of grotesque-looking flesh into designer bags, shoes, and accessories. The organ-resemblant sculptures 'engage with the psychological aspects of consumerism, blurring the lines between what you are and what you must have.'
