In L.A.: Os Gemeos @ Prism Gallery

We stopped by the opening of Miss You, an exhibition of new works by the Brazilian twins Os Gemeos at Prism Gallery this past weekend. This stunning exhibition engulfs the entire gallery top to bottom, painting the whole gallery even the floors and ceiling. There are several installations, including a few interactive ones and a quite a few larger scale paintings.  This is definitely an exhibition not to miss.

In L.A.: Terry Richardson's Terrywood @ Ohwow

We stopped by the opening reception for Excavated Revelations, a two-person show featuring the artwork of ZES and RETNA. Introduced in their youth by their mutual friend AYER, ZES and RETNA led parallel lives through an upbringing in graffiti. Utilizing a fluidity and precision they mastered by painting some of the most coveted walls in the city, their refined technique is now exemplified in this fresh body of abstract work.
