Stefan Glerum, who lives and works in Amsterdam, has a new show: Five Years of Work By Stefan Glerum. It will run at Kemistry Gallery in London until 16 August.

Amsterdam-based artist Handiedan creates elaborate three-dimensional collage pieces from a cut and paste method of re-assemblage. Starting with the iconic imagery of the vintage pin-up girl, popularized in the 30’s, the artist creates complex images from a combination of pattern, figurative imagery, and symbol.

Through 14 September, EYE presents a major exhibition focusing on director David Cronenberg, who acquired cult status with his idiosyncratic films about the relationship between body, mind, technology and mass media. The exhibition explores Cronenberg’s world through the main themes of his films: the physical and psychological transformation of his protagonists.

After Paris and Copenhagen, a third wall dedicated to Tahiti in collaboration with the ONO'U festival has been created in Amsterdam. The European graffiti writer, Besok painted this themed wall to celebrate the Polynesian culture and Tahitian way of life. Besok is part of the great line up of renowned artists that have been invited to the ONO'U festival in Tahiti in May.

Based on aerial views from Google Earth, Chinese artist Lu Xinjian creates abstract paintings of major cities across the world in his series City DNA. What appears to be a mess of abstract shapes and colors, soon becomes a coherent view of the subject city, allowing the city's nuances and unique characteristics to shine through.

Katrin Korfmann's photographs impressively stand at over 5ft high and are taken from a bird's-eye view from a tremendous height, with the camera often elevated by a crane or operated using a helicam. The shooting can take anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours and she will spend two or three months editing and blending together the 500-2000 shots that make up the final image!

Amsterdam-based artist Suzan Drumming makes paintings, photographs, films, installations, and other works in public spaces. Like much of her work, these particular floor installations originated from her fascination for watching and playing with space, illusion and optical effects. Composed of crystal, chromed metal, precious stones, mirrors and optical glass, Drumming's installations can look clean and uncluttered from afar and detailed and disorienting up close.
