Reason number 319675245 why most graffiti writers don’t like street art.  How many walls are there in Los Angeles County?  It’s baffling why people fight over legal walls or go over others that have acquired the permission to paint the wall in the first place.  This was a large, cheerful collaboration between Rime, Askew, Vans, Revok, Deus, Dabs & Myla, Score, and Witness.  Power washer time?

Objects of the Universe opens tomorrow night, September 29th at the AvantGarden Gallery in Milan, featuring new work by Ukranian artists, Interesni Kazki.  Interested in seeing how this duo’s work translates to a gallery setting since they often take up the sides of building with their elaborate work.  Their work commonly references religion, spiritualism, and science fiction.

Xanadu House

"Heralded as “House of the Future”, the Xanadu House by Roy Mason is a domed structure constructed completely form insulating polyurethane foam. The house was appropriately built less than 30 miles away from Disney World’s “Land of Tomorrow” Epcot Center and the two were opened only a few months apart."  The house contained a computer system that planned balanced meals and cooked them automatically as a set date and time.

Blu @ Avant-Garde Urbano Festival

Galeria Urban Forms, Poland

Eastern Europe is continually hosting an abundance of large-scale walls for international street artists.  Galeria Urban Forms located in Lodz, Poland, invited some of our favorite painters to decorate its city.  Artists included were Aryz, M-City, Remed, Chazme, Sepe, SatOne, Etam Crew, and Kenor.  Here are photos of some of the walls around town.
