In 2008, Josh Pyke decided to build a boat modeled after his favorite Maton brand guitar. Made from plywood, polystyrene and steel, this guitar boat coasted around Sydney Harbor for the filming of his music video. The video clip became the #1 featured video on YouTube worldwide. In February 2009, Josh's boat went to auction on eBay and sold for $7,100, with all proceeds going towards the Indigenous Literacy Project.
