Roa paints a Narwhal Örebro, Sweden

Street Art // Monday, 08 Jul 2013

The large mythical narwhal is the subject of Roa’s most recent mural in Örebro, Sweden for the OpenART 2013. Its fin appears to be snagged by a hook with the rope wrapped around its tale. The Inuit people have been harvesting narwals for over a thousand years for meat and Ivory which still continues to this day under certain hunting regualtaions.
