Remed is a multifaceted artist from Madrid, whose work we have highlighted several times here and has been featured in a lengthy interview in print (August 2012 printed issue). He is currently participating in a month long residency created by the people at /A Word Of Art, where in his free time he has found some shacks to add his work to. This piece was painted in the informal township of Khayelitsha, located in Western Cape Town, South Africa.
