New David Ellis Mural in Brooklyn

Over the course of two weeks, a popular section known as “the triangle” lying between two streets in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn has been getting a face life by Brooklyn artist, David Ellis.  An internationally exhibited artist, who has shown at the famed Deitch Projects as well as the MOMA, is also the unofficial founder of the collaborative crew “The Barnstormers,” which contains members such as Swoon, Kami, Sasu, and Maya Hayuk. His creative practice continues outside of painting to music and sound installations, creating distinctly unique work whatever the medium may be. His cover in March 2007 remains one of our all-time favorites....
