Street Art // Wednesday, 13 Nov 2013
1

A large game of Tic-Tac-Toe is being painted on the side of a Welfare building in Munich, Germany. The two players participating are artist Mark Jenkins and the socio-political arts group, Positive Propaganda. Jenkins created one his signature characters out of tape that can be seen leaning over on the roof to mark the “X” for a win.
