LIVING WALLS 2013 - Part 2

Street Art // Thursday, 15 Aug 2013

On our second day in Atlanta for the Living Walls Conference, we walked out of our hotel straight into the beautiful Piedmont Park, which is as pristine and well-manicured a public park can get. From there we caught up with some more wall action, first checking out Agostino Lacurci’s vibrant painting of a character sitting in a chair accompanied by four masked dogs. Then we saw Jaz’s first mural painted for the conference: a stunning piece involving bulls around a fire in the woods, creating a serene but dark overall ambiance. Other walls in progress that we checked out were from Trek Mathews, Nanook, Pastel and Freddy Sam. Our evening ended in yet another extravagant location where the folks of Brooklyn Street Art presented a series of curated videos all loosely based around street art. Check back tomorrow for our continued coverage. See Part 1
