French artist and TED Prize winner, JR is back at it again for his “Inside Out Project “ in Manhattan, NY. Two empty retail spaces were used for JR’s installation, one located off the High Line Park in Chelsea on 10th Ave and the other on 19th. The images are of Native American’s eyes and were submitted by photographers from North Dakota.
