In her series “Pretty, Please,” photographer Andi Schreiber turns her camera on herself and documents her inner struggles and observations concerning her aging and her fear of disappearing. Schreiber shows how her perception of her own sexuality has slowly taken over how she perceives everyday life and the mundane objects and actions that fill it. With a touch of humor and brutal honesty, Schreiber explores a middle aged woman’s need to keep hold of her sexual identity while raising and maintaining her family.
