Zigzag is an exhibition of the work of photographer Francesca Woodman, focusing on structural compositions and the graphic forms which grounded her emotive portraits and interiors. The show, set to open next month in London, consists of more than 800 prints showcasing Woodman’s abstractions. Francesca Woodman was an attendant of RISD who later moved to New York to pursue experimental fashion photos and several ambitious personal works. She lived to be 22 years old.
ZigZag opens with the Victoria Miro Gallery at the Mayfair in London, UK. The exhibition opens September 9th and runs through October 4, 2014.
