Growing up in a United States Marine Corps family in the U.S and now residingin Berlin, Brad Downey is a sculpture, painter, and public works artist. He creates clever and sometimes perplexing installations using simple materials. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Creative Review, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution, while regularly giving lectures about his endeavors. His newest exhibition “The Floor, The Table and The Wall” opened last week at Kulturzentrum Marstall in Hamburg, Germany.
