One of our favorite contemporary artists, Lisbon-based Vhils, just released a new monograph with Gestalten that we just receieved in the office yesterday. The monograph Vhils is the most extensive collection of his personal and commissioned work to date, much of which is published here for the first time, with an introduction written by Wooster Collective. We spent a lot of time with Vhils and his crew in Norway this past Fall, and his style, method, and work ethic was quite incredible to see. The street etchings are definitely something for people to see in person. Fly to Stavanger, perhaps?
