David Marsh must like a good Pantone swatch, because in order to digitally recreate classic albums with Pantone swatches, he had to use over 1,369 solid color swatches for each reference to the Smiths, or Nirvana, or Roxy Music, or Pink Floyd. Marsh created a nice series of album covers that puts him in the Venn Diagram space where the two circles intersect between graphic design nerd and Matt Pinfield. (via)
