A fascination with pin up art, sparkly burlesque perfomers, and rockabilly music has been the driving force and inspiration for art work over the last few years.  I stand by the idea of the pin up as being one of the most powerful images every created. People... men and women love to look at pretty ladies - and for me I wouldn't want to paint anything else.

When you paint the things you love - you can see it in the quality of the work - and after 1001 bad paintings - I am finally painting only what I love - and I think...well I hope it shows. For more of my erotic art please visit my website - http://www.jessicawhiteside.com

I like it. It's quite classical, but with a pop edge. Like a Velazquez/Titian interruption in a sixties magazine.
