I love the shapes and the emotion of the third one (mimic's the patterns of the tattoo's).
It also has an enjoyable S-curve throughout...which adds to the energy.

I'm not that much of a fan of so much gray though. I think you could add a few strong highlights around the most intense areas...(face/neck, hands). Not a lot, just enough to push the emotion in certain areas. I think the contrast of it would intensify the emotion even more.

thanks for the comments. it was a great advice to add color.  i started to apply it in the drawings. so far in photoshop but i'll apply it in the actual drawing.
