Brecht Vandenbroucke is an artist and illustrator based in Antwerp, Belgium. Vandenbroucke's paintings are full of humor and irreverence, boldly rendered narratives where playful juxtapositions and pop culture references become punchlines. He describes his works as somewhere "between Bauhaus and Mickey Mouse." Vandenbroucke studied Illustration at St-lucas Hogeschool in Ghent. He has exhibited worldwide and his illustrations have been featured in the likes of Vice, Rekto Verso, and the New York Times.
