Niv Bavarsky is an excellent illustrator based in the Bay Area. Niv--prounounced "Neeeev"-- has a distinctly pragmatic style, contrasting confident linework with simple color schemes to generate his editorial illustrations. His artworks often capture one specific color, exploring the vagaries of that hue by isolating it in a singular piece. Bavarsky has worked for the New York Times, the SF Chronicle, ESPN, Vapor Records and more. He graduated from MICA in Baltimore, MD in 2010.
