Orlando Arocena gives his viewers definitions for the words "vector" and "fetish" to help them understand his digital illustrations. Orlando defines a vector as: "geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical expressions, to represent images in computer graphics." While this technical definition may be crucial in understanding his process, the definition for "fetish" is much more intriguing:  "the irrational reverence or obsessive devotion: fixation." Orlando is not shy, showing his viewers progress pieces, allowing us to understand each step in his process. We hope you enjoy viewing Orlando's works just as much as he enjoys creating them.
