Who actually ended the Iraq war? Glenn Greenwald has a theory.


The Iraq War troop withdrawal will be spun as a pre-election victory by Obama's cheerleaders, bin Laden and Gaddafi's corpses piled at his feet, dead Iraqi and Libyan civilians shoved under rugs. Obama: Outcowboyed GW. But it is damage control, the truncation of an occupation that has become too brutal and destructive for even the biggest administration apologists to spin.
