William Goldsmith is an illustrator based in the coastal town of Brighton, England. Recently graduated from The Glasgow School of Art, Goldsmith's most recent work Vignettes of Ystov is a collection of short graphic stories centered around the fictional Eastern European town of Ystov. The stories follow all the intricate details of the everyday around the town's residents. Goldsmith's work is often inspired by the details of the everyday. He is known to scribble down notebooks full of these observations. Here is a glimpse of a few illustrations and title pages from the book.
