Lisbon-based, London-residing artist, Vhils, newest solo exhibition entitled “Entropy” opened last weekend at Magda Danysz Gallery in Paris. The artist is most recognized for his walls that are chiseled and layered portraits resembling excavated artifact. Expanding his practice, his new body of work explores portraits in a variety of techniques such as carved Styrofoam and wood, acid etched metal, laser cut posters, and ink and bleach on paper.
