The World’s Most Realistic Finger Painting by Kyle Lambert

Juxtapoz // Thursday, 12 Dec 2013

Or so the claim goes, and I had to keep going back to my colleagues in the office to make sure this wasn't a photograph. Apparently, using just an iPad, the app Procreate, and over 285,000 brush strokes, artist Kyle Lambert was able to recreate ever precisely a photograph of Morgan Freeman taken by Scott Greis. You have to spend time with the timelapse to understand how this goes down... if you want to get yourself involved in a nice holiday gift idea and try your own iPad paintings, go check out our friends at Adonit

thank you to beautiful decay for the screenshots.
