San Francisco/Marin Headlands-based Tucker Nichols will be opening a solo show at Gallery 16 in San Francisco on May 13, and it gives us a chance to look at some of his great window, text based art, as well ans Nichols' drawings and object/sculpture art.

Recently, Nichols has shown at ZieherSmith Gallery in New York, Gallery 16 in San Francisco, and the Kunstpanorama in Luzern, Switzerland, and we have seen some of his work pop up at Park Life in SF as well. Mainly, we know of Nichols from his window art, which is both witty and a good use of text styles and placement.
