In the September issue of Juxtapoz Magazine we spoke with Oslo native Øivin Horvei as he and his 12-year-old daughter followed this wife to Boston where she took a position at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. Setting up a small studio in his new home, he continued his playful mixed media work and we spoke about the idiosyncratic Harvard bubble, parenting, and what, to an American, seems like an astonishing level of government support given to the average Norwegian.
