Fine art photography has really had a chance to explode and grow over the past 10 years, with the Internet practically invented so we could enjoy the medium. We learn about new and progressive photographers every day, as was the case this morning when finding Madame Peripetie while looking for new portrait photographers for the magazine. The Polish-born, German-based creates a hybrid of abstraction, high-end fashion, and good photography.
At first glance, we were thinking hyperrealistc paintings, but then upon closer view they are clearly photographs.
