“The summer here is at its peak, super hot and super wet; not always possible to find a shaded wall to paint and the paint sometimes dries too fast while working in the studio,” the artist tells us via email.

 

“The thoughts in my head are mixing up and the work is becoming a mixture of present and past,” Klone continues. “Memories of childhood in USSR and memories of people I see on the street. […] The naive childhood is mixing up with real life.
