The Lab's Logo Contest

Juxtapoz // Wednesday, 20 Sep 2006

The LAB is an interdisciplinary arts organization in San Francisco's Mission District which supports the development and presentation of new visual, performing, media and literary art. We assist artists in the creation of new work and showcase work of the highest quality by emerging and underrepresented experimental artists.

In trying to better represent our new efforts for the future, The LAB wants to change our logo. We are doing this through The LAB Logo Contest.

A group of San Francisco design professionals are on the jury so submissions will be seen by some of the best eyes in the Bay Area:

Rex Ray, artist and designer
Eric Nakamura, Giant Robot
Jason Veitzer, Creative Director, ON24
Liz Rico, Design Director, Chronicle Books
Jennifer Sterling, Jennifer Sterling Designs
Darrin Alfred, Curatorial Associate, Department of Architecture and Design, SFMOMA

It's a great opportunity for a designer or artist to get their work out there and first prize is $500!

To enter download all 4 forms on the site and submit along with your designs and a $10 entry fee.
