Super Mario Bros. Recreated In A Box

It's one thing to play the 8-bit Super Mario Bros, and it's another to actually recreate the game yourself. In a cardboard box. Almost as if playing off the idea of a music box, Teague Labs created Mario as an analog, physical side-scrolling video game in a cardboard box.

As you see in the video, and as Teague describes it, "To control it, there's a knob on the side. As time advances the game gets faster and faster -- can you avoid all the obstacles and make it to the end?" And if you make a mistake and die, the box closes automatically. Pretty good.
