"Silvio & Ruby": Made with Plastic Bags and Scotch Tape

Juxtapoz // Friday, 08 Apr 2011

Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, once hired an underaged prostitute Karima El Mahroug, also known as Ruby "Rubacuori", and later tried to cover it up. Berlusconi, being a powerful man, had a trial open yesterday but immediately it was postponed. Israeli-born artist Dodi Reifenberg did his best William and Kate attempt and made this portrait with plastic bags and tape.

Well, that was easy. Just use what you have around the house. Not like Silvio did a bunch of research in his hirings.

As ArtDaily reports, "The Berlin-based environmental artist used plastic bags and scotch tape to create his 'Silvio & Ruby' portrait, which was unveiled on Wednesday at the Edward Cutler Gallery in Milan."
