The Ukrainian artist duo Interesnia Kazki are in Los Angeles getting ready for their first US exhibition, we stopped by Mid-City Arts for a sneak peek at what they have in store for Saturday nights opening.

Mid-City Arts and Montana Cans are pleased and excited to announce the opening of the first US exhibit by Ukrainian Artist duo Interesni Kazki.  They will be creating all new works for this show which will run through the end of the year.  Interesni Kazki (meaning Interesting Stories) is artist AEC and WAONE both hailing from the Ukraine.  Interesni Kazki have made a name for themselves incorporating traditional eastern european folk styling – combining bright colors, distorted perspectives and stylized imagery- to create murals that are impressive not only in scale but in substance.
