Brittney Meyer photographs food, and from what we've seen it's not exactly in the mode of Sunset Magazine. Instead, she captures food in odd moments of movement, frozen, collaged, misplaced, the fruit and sweets seem to be animated, personified, and almost giddy. It is ambiguous and strange, but entertaining in its balance between static and mobile, inanimate and animate.
