Here we have a series of C-print photograms by Rebecca Najdowski. Photograms are photographic images that are created without a camera by placing an object on photosensitive paper and exposing it to light. The figures and forms that Najdowski creates have a slightly humorous yet morose feel to them. The distorted figures seem to be caricatures of the emotions the emulate. They also have a beautiful array of tones and colors.
