Paintings by Feodor Voronov

Juxtapoz // Friday, 02 Dec 2011

At the base of Feodor Voronov's work is a constant search to reinvent the problem-solving process of painting. His work has developed overtime as a means to find more challenging and risky ways to solve the puzzle of a composition on canvas (or paper). Working on raw canvas, starting compositions with a single word, and working relative failures into complete works all further our intrigue around Voronov's output.  Voronov has an exhibition coming up at Mark Moore Gallery in Los Angeles, offering those of you in Southern California a chance to see his work in person. For more, check out this interview on Daily Serving.
