We just came across the figurative oil paintings of Oslo, Norway-based self-taught artist Henrik Aarrestad Uldalen, who creates these beautiful paintings of subjects caught in dreamlike moments of flying, floating, or swimming. Even though he claims not to try and capture a photographic accuracy, he is sure close in these paintings. The one below, in particular, looks like a still photo from a very perplexing dream sequence. (via)
