No Man's Land by Mishka Henner

Juxtapoz // Tuesday, 09 Aug 2011

Photographer Mishka Henner, Belgian-born and now Manchester-based, curated a selection of Google Street View images of women, appearing to be soliciting sex, outside of some major European cities. As we learned this morning on DesignBoom, "Google Street coordinates have been sourced from the online forums where men share local knowledge on the whereabouts of sex workers."

The angle of Google Street View used to find sex workers is incredibly depressing to us, but it seems as if in 2011, anything goes. What is interesting with these shots is you see how the women have set up temporary bases in each location.
